Allie Gomes

Born and raised here in the Bay Area, Allie spent her childhood training at TDA. During her final year at TDA, she auditioned for the dance program at The University of Arizona and was accepted into the program on scholarship. During her junior year at UofA, she was chosen to work and perform in Europe for 2 months with the jazz dance company Wats On Dance. There she assisted professor Sam Watson at both the Frankfurt Tanz Summer Intensive and the Kiel Festival for Dance & Gymnastics in Germany, as well as the Bolzano Danza International Dance Festival in Italy. 

After graduating with her BFA in Dance, Allie moved to Los Angeles where she signed with The Movement Talent Agency for commercial dance representation. While training and living in LA she booked both performance and choreography jobs with credits such as ABC and the Jolin Tsai World Tour, while being a company member of The LA Follies, where she performed all over Southern California.

Most recently she was a dancer in the show Savor After Hours- a wine tasting cabaret that premiered in Napa with Maks and Val from Dancing with the Stars.

Allie has always had a passion for teaching and enjoys sharing her love of dance in the place where it all started!
